这是我们的最终作业,让我们自由发挥,给两个半小时的时间,为大约 25 名客人(老师和学生)举办一场特别主题派对。您的团队成员负责为这次特别活动提供餐饮服务。妾身的主题是"幻想乡の冬日祭典"以上是菜谱,妾身要试一试日本料理(主要是川菜要花的钱太多了,老师给的预算不够坐一桌菜)

基友和妹妹酱会过来帮忙,他们午餐时间有空,基友还和妾身料理课一个班的

How to make Japanese dumplings
Dumplings: Put all the ingredients (glutinous rice flour, tofu, sugar) in a bowl and knead into dough.
Knead the dough into small balls, not too big or too small or they won’t look good when strung together.
Put it into the pot and cook for a minute or two until the dumplings float to the surface.
Take out the dumplings and put them in drinkable cold water for 1 minute and then take them out.
Now you can string them together (3 pieces in a string). If you find it troublesome, you can just put it in a bowl and eat it.

团子:全部材料(糯米粉,豆腐,糖)放在碗里揉成面团
把面团揉成小团子,不要太大也别太小不然串起来不好看
放入锅里煮,等团子浮上表面在煮一两分钟
捞出团子放入可以喝的冷水中1分钟后捞出来
现在可以串起来了(一串3个) 。要是觉的麻烦可以直接放碗里吃

好了,乖乖在油布或油纸上等着被炸吧😓

将适量的色拉油用中大火烧热到160度左右。筷子插进去有小泡泡从筷子底部慢慢往上升就差不多了。或者丢一点面包糠进去,面包糠马上浮起来也表示油温差不多了。                                            (***油温不宜过高,不然猪排放进去马上就颜色很深了,容易导致表面已炸老里面还没熟)

油温差不多以后,马上将火转为中小火,放入猪排,一边观察颜色一边两面翻翻,炸至金黄色捞出,大概炸2,3分钟左右吧。

猪排捞出来放在油纸上晾一会儿。诱人😍

配的酱汁来了!下厨房厨友那里学来的配方:生抽3小勺白糖3小勺番茄酱2小勺蚝油2小勺水1小勺,拌匀即可!

切片摆盘~

淋上自己调的酱汁,看着不错😋

蛋液加入所有材料,搅拌均匀。

用筛子过滤蛋液。

锅子刷薄油。
倒入第一层蛋液,薄一些。半熟时从前方开始卷起来,一直卷到手柄处。

再迅速倒入第二层蛋液,半熟时,从第一层的蛋液卷开始向外卷,卷好后,推回到手柄处。
以此类推,卷第三层,第四层……

卷好的蛋卷,在锅边修形状,可以用锅的余温,把四面都煎一下修平,呈长方体。

如果有寿司帘子,可以二次修形。

像卷细卷一样,分别捏长方体的三个面,滚动一下再捏三个面。

在帘子上切开,真的是一层层卷出来哦!摆盘开动!

土豆蒸熟压成泥

青豆玉米过水煮熟。
鸡蛋煮熟,蛋黄拌入土豆泥,蛋白切丁。

锅内加入牛奶,盐,沙拉酱加热

将除黄瓜外的料全部倒入锅内,不停翻炒搅拌均匀。

关火后加入黄瓜丁搅拌。

美味的土豆泥完成啦~

这些西人对日料的了解只限于寿司,日本幼儿和中国幼儿很少有西人幼儿那种恋糖癖和快餐成瘾症,这帮家伙真以为我们是买不起快餐吗,那是因为我们的美食博大精深,不需要吃汉堡包,不过也是,汉堡包和仰望星空,正常的碳基生物都知道怎么选吧,一帮农民妇女研发出来的黑暗料理和普通食物,那肯定得选普通食物啊
