突然发现这边乡下联通网比城里还快 … 那就发这个帖子，不定期更所谓的免费/低价的免版税声音 … 我记得的只有这么几个了，选择其中品质比较高的几个简单介绍。排名不分先后。

这是 Audition 给的福利，已注明 Royal-Free。他的 EULA 不算特别模糊，允许分发，但不能“独立分发”或使它“成为主要内容”。比如做个“声音素材辨认游戏”……（笑）
想必做游戏音效是没什么问题了。声音质量比较高。
相当大，仅 Sound Effects 部分就会超过 5 个 GB
附原EULA：

不算特别多，勉强够用，全免费。也是不允许成为主要内容，这个 EULA 比较详细。

But you are NOT allowed to

这个是上面那家的广告或者说是商业版本。原价一百美元，无限期打折只要37美元！
37美元，3000个。包括常见音效。可以直接使用源文件。
我没有买，但是从一个老外手里弄来了这个的包 …… 质量可以。

这家的东西比较全，允许游戏的重分发，需要在 Credit 中添加他们的地址。
突然发现我忘了2需不需要添加地址……

按“个”付费，基本每个在4美元左右。可以用作游戏素材。

这家的东西质量参差不齐……
反正不少能用。可以捐款下载全部。

这家的东西并不多……他的东西单纯是“免费声音素材”，不见得所有东西都能当音效。
有的不能重分发，只能用在音乐里 … 看仔细了。
没有分类，基本都是私人提供。14年才开的网站，更新一直没断过。
还有 VST 插件……我没下。质量不错。
按个收费的还有：AudioJungle；pond5.com；soundrangers.com；soundsnap.com；audiohero.com；sounddogs.com
注意授权哦。
大合集也有比较贵的：https://www.sound-ideas.com。质量不错……起码我知道的。
很多都在电驴上有（免版税的东西也许不会查？）比如他家的 SFX Kit。
想到了再写。
